Our strategy and advice service includes working with leadership teams to identify their organisation’s ‘nature connection’ maturity level. We then identify actions to improve maturity and impact, and work to help teams put in place measurable changes. We take a coaching approach, empowering clients to own and embed changes that are sustainable for the long term.
Our work for a FTSE250 company created a ‘value wheel’ to map benefits in relation to Sustainable Development Goals and corporate outcomes.
Our work for an NHS Trust identified high levels of nature disconnection amongst staff and users, a lack of clarity on what action they could take for nature, but a strong desire for a greener workplace.

Our work for a company headquarters included a strategic framework and narrative to locate changes in the local historic landscape. The brief was brought to life via realistic 3D renders and a design toolkit.
We delivered a ‘greening’ feasibility study for an NHS Hospital Trust. We set out meaningful, costed recommendations for organisational design, engaged staff, biodiversity gain and inspiring workplaces.
