Connect With Nature
Working closely with their interior design and facilities teams, we developed a suite of installations that, in conjunction with our N-Corp™️ Nature Maturity Matrix, support staff and visitors to feel more closely connected with the living world.
Our approach balanced the professional aesthetic of a corporate headquarters with biophilic elements that enhanced wellbeing and productivity. Interventions included climbing plants on framework structures,
seasonal planting in tailored containers, and strategic seating that enabled outdoor meetings and breaks. We offered a colour palette inspired by the woodland flora that would have existed historically across London.
Staff reported increased use of outdoor spaces, improvements in mood, and greater pride in their workplace. The project also contributed to the clients’ climate mitigation and adaptation strategy, demonstrating their commitment to environmental leadership.
